HHH LIVE-Herstory ft Xentury Sam
HHH Live: HERStory Our Healing is an intimate, Tiny Desk-style Hip Hop Healing live music and conversation experience featuring Xentury Sam.
HHH Live: HERStory Our Healing is an intimate, Tiny Desk-style Hip Hop Healing live music and conversation experience centering women’s voices, stories, and creative leadership.
Taking place during Women’s History Month, this special evening features vocalist and writer Xentury Sam, performing alongside a live band and DJ in a powerful exploration of her music, story, and healing journey.
Curated and hosted by Jermaine "Main Man" Henry, the event creates a healing-centred performance space where artists, musicians, and audience members grow together through live music and reflection.
Each song becomes a doorway into conversation, memory, and meaning.
The Experience
Inspired by the intimacy of live studio sessions, HHH Live blends performance with storytelling. Between songs, Jermaine Henry will guide the conversation using DECIIIPHERED-style questions, inviting the artist to unpack the emotions, experiences, and personal history behind the music - centering HERstory.
This evening will be professionally recorded and livestreamed, with select performances later released as a digital series to support ongoing Hip Hop Healing programming at SoundCheck Youth Arts.
Only a few spots available.

SHOUT! The Band
On Saturday, March 7th, I’m hitting the stage with SHOUT! The Band at DROM Taberna for our first show of the year — and we’re coming in loud.
As one of Toronto’s biggest and most electrifying brass bands, SHOUT! doesn’t just perform… we ignite rooms. Big horns. Deep grooves. New arrangements. Fresh originals. The kind of energy that moves your body before your mind even catches up.
We’ve been building a ton of new music over the winter and this night will be the first time it all comes to life in front of a crowd. If you’ve been to a SHOUT! show before, you already know — it’s sweat, soul, and celebration. If you haven’t, this is the one to start with.
Come ready to dance.
Come ready to feel something.
Come ready to SHOUT.
